A. Our organic silk sleepwear is made only from 100% GOTS certified mulberry silk. Natural mulberry silk is cultivated in a pesticide-free and chemical-free environment. Besides being of a superior quality (with the molecular benefits of silk remaining in tact because no chemicals are used), and our silk production process is environmentally friendly and sustainable. Even our silk sleep masks use only natural and organic silk fibers for the inside padding, no synthetic foam or cheap materials. We are proudly microplastic free, even with our packaging.

A. Organic silk sleepwear removes unnecessary chemical additives from the process and is hypoallergenic, dust resistant, moisture-wicking, temperature-regulating, and incredibly soft. A. To keep your organic silk sleepwear looking and feeling fresh, we recommend hand washing gently in cold water with a mild detergent (PH neutral). Gently squeeze or wipe away excess water, but don't wring or twist the fabric excessively. And finally, air-dry your sleepwear away from direct sunlight. Every Clementine order comes with a care guide and on-garment labels which include care instructions. Store your Clementine Sleepwear piece in the box it arrives in - They’re pretty and practical!

A. We're all about ethical and sustainable practices throughout our supply chain. We work closely with our suppliers to make sure our silk is produced in a humane and eco-friendly way. Plus, we maintain fair labor practices and safe working conditions in our production facilities. A. For sure! We offer a variety of sizes and styles to suit all preferences and body types. We spend lots of time perfecting our designs and talking with customers to make sure everything is on point. Even recently, we've adjusted our pajama sizing based on the customer feedback we've received. Our website explains the differences in sizings, colors, and patterns. Feel free to reach out and suggest anything you don't see - we'll do our best to expand our collection and include it.

A. Our website has a detailed size chart with measurements for each size. To find your dream pajama fit, measure your bust, waist, and hips, and compare the results to the size chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfier fit. Many of our products are adjustable and one-size fits many, so the choice is easy!

A. Absolutely! We believe our Clementine Silk is the best of the best. It's the ideal thickness and thread count (22 momme), the highest possible quality (6A), and certified organic. Organic silk has more luster and is smoother to the touch than silk blends, and synthetic fabrics. We run all our silk through an organic sandwash process free of chemicals, and this brings forward the luster and grain of the silk - you'll notice our silk is shinier, smoother, and softer than others. A. Organic silk is produced using eco-friendly and sustainable practices, without synthetic pesticides, chemicals, or GMOs. We don't use chemical washes on our fabrics or add any nasties to our colors and dyes. Conventional silk, on the other hand, may involve pesticides and chemicals in the cultivation of mulberry trees and silkworms, as well as additives in the dyes, colors, and prints. They can even add chemical coatings to the silk (often marketed as washable silk) which deteriorate the natural benefits of natural silk, and only add to the toxin load on the skin. These chemical processes can be harmful to the environment, crops, and silkworms, but also to your skin, hair, and overall health.

A. Besides the environmental benefits, picking organic silk sleepwear not only gives you a luxurious and comfy product but also supports a healthier lifestyle for your body, skin, and hair. It's smoother on the skin and gentler on the hair. Organic silk is free from additives, chemical washes, and pesticides, and while many other 100% silk products can cause rashes and reactions, Clementine's organic silk doesn't. A. Certifications can give you peace of mind about the organic and eco-friendly nature of silk products. First, we ensure all our silk products are 100% silk with no blends or additives. Second, we source only the highest quality 22 Momme 6A silk. Third, we use 100% GOTS certified (Global Organic Textile Standard) and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 dyes and coloring. This guarantees that a Clementine Sleepwear silk product is certified organic and free from harmful substances.

A. No! Satin usually refers to synthetic and shiny materials. Besides snagging easily and lacking the same smooth luster of silk, modern satins are often made from polyester and rayon – both cheap, synthetic, and potentially harmful to the body. Don't be fooled by low-quality brands trying to pass satin off as a worthy substitute. Look for 100% silk, and we recommend only non-toxic, certified organic silk.

A. On each product page, there's a tab titled 'care instructions' that will give you more detail but in general, here's some good rules to follow:

CLEANING: Don’t get extra with it. Hand wash in cold water or machine wash on the most delicate setting in a ‘silk-only’ load.

If hand washing, use a mild detergent. Gently massage the fabric for one minute (mini workout for the win) to activate dirt removal and then leave to soak for the next four minutes. Rinse in fresh cold water.

DRYING: Never wring silk out. Instead, gently squeeze or blot the excess moisture away with your hands or a white towel. Lay flat or hang in the shade until dry, away from the sun. Ironing is optional – but fam, keep it on the lowest setting (often titled ‘silk’, for the rookies).

STORING: A cool and dry place is always best for storage. Neatly fold and store in your Clementine Sleepwear box. We’ve made them for keeps and it’s fun to enjoy the unboxing experience nightly. And trust us - your silk does not like hot surfaces or open flames.

A. Our return and exchange policy lasts for 30 days and for hygiene reasons, we only offer returns on products that are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or are unopened and unworn in the original packaging. If the product has been worn or opened, we cannot re-stock and re-sell, which means we cannot process a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange either.

A. We usually ship within 1-2 days. Depending on where you live, the shipping section of our cart will guide you through options and estimated delivery times for your specific address. Standard shipping usually takes 4-7 business days (order to door) within the USA and 10-14 business days internationally.

A. Yep, we offer international shipping to select countries. Head to our Terms page for more info on international shipping rates, delivery times, and any extra fees that may apply. Our cart gives you real-time pricing when you fill in your country and address, so you can always try that too!

A. Once your order has been shipped, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.

A. In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We'll gladly arrange a return, exchange, or refund for the affected item, according to our return policy.

A. Our Clementine boxes are designed to be gift-ready because, whether you're ordering for someone else or yourself, y’all deserve to feel like you're special. As of this moment, we don't offer gift wrapping services as well, but we're considering adding it for a small extra fee in the future. All our orders include only a packing slip, so there’s no mention of price in the package that’s delivered. Send it direct with peace of mind!

A. We're more than happy to exchange your order for another size, as long as it's returned in as-new condition. For our single-size products, we've worked hard to ensure they fit most adult shapes and have designed each product with that in mind. Our hair bonnets feature an adjustable strap, and our sleep masks have a generous elasticized back to stretch when needed.
