Atelier Medica is designed to maintain its active benefits for 2-3 years with typical use, assuming 1-2 washes per month. Sleep masks require less washing and so may last even longer. During this time, the infused actives remain at peak effectiveness. Beyond this period, lab testing shows a very gradual decrease with the effectiveness remaining at approximately 60-70%. Thanks to the bacteria-resistant and self-cleaning properties of Atelier Medica, it requires significantly less frequent washing, helping to preserve its active benefits for longer.

CLEANING
Because our sleep masks use silk fiber padding, we recommend spot cleaning them over immersion in water if you can. If hand washing, use a mild detergent in cold water. Gently massage the fabric for one minute to activate dirt removal and then leave to soak for the next four minutes. Rinse in fresh cold water. You won't need to wring silk out. Instead, gently squeeze or blot the excess moisture away with your hands or a white towel. Lay flat or hang in the shade until dry, away from the sun. Ironing is optional – but keep it on the lowest setting

STORING
A cool and dry place is always best for storage. Neatly store in your Clementine Sleepwear box.

After rigorous testing, we've up-sized our sleep masks to maximize blockout and ensure complete comfort. Larger than other sleep mask brands, Clementine contours the face to allow for sleeping on either side. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been removed from their box.
