Wholesale Terms

Wholesale and corporate orders are subject to the following terms unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Order Approvals & Payment
All wholesale orders require prior approval and must be paid in full before production or fulfillment begins. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) are set on a case-by-case basis and confirmed via email.

Fulfillment & Lead Times
Wholesale orders may be fulfilled from in-stock inventory or produced to order. Lead times are estimated at the time of order confirmation and communicated via email. Clementine is not responsible for delays outside of its control once an order is underway.

Cancellations & Returns
Due to the custom nature of wholesale and corporate orders, all sales are final once payment is received. Orders may not be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

Brand Representation
Wholesale customers are not permitted to resell Clementine products unless explicitly approved as a retail partner. For approved corporate orders, co-branding may be permitted; however, Clementine branding must remain visible on all products.

Shipping & Risk of Loss
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Clementine assumes no liability for orders once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
